WhatsApp alerts

USCIS case updates, on the app your team already checks.

Email alerts get buried. CaseTracker sends USCIS status changes to your team on WhatsApp, so an RFE or interview notice gets seen the day it happens, even when nobody is at their desk.

  • Status changes delivered on WhatsApp
  • Each person chooses which events they get
  • Email as well or instead, per person
  • Daily summary option for everything else

Why WhatsApp

Your team reads WhatsApp. Email waits.

Inboxes are full

A status alert sitting between newsletters and client threads is easy to miss for a day or two.

Teams are mobile

Attorneys are in court and at interviews. A WhatsApp message is seen within minutes.

It's how many firms work

Firms serving Latin American, Middle Eastern and Brazilian communities already run on WhatsApp.

How it works

Setting up WhatsApp alerts

  1. 01

    Verify your number

Each team member verifies their own phone number in settings.

  2. 02

    Pick your events

Choose RFEs, notices of intent, appointments, approvals, denials or any status change.

  3. 03

    Get the message

When a case changes, you get a WhatsApp message with the client, receipt number and new status.

What you get

What the alerts include

The essentials

Client name, receipt number, form type and the new USCIS status in one message.

Per-person choices

Each team member picks their own events and channels.

Email too

Anyone can get email alerts as well as, or instead of, WhatsApp.

Daily digest

Optionally receive one daily summary instead of individual messages.

Your team, not your clients

Status alerts go to your staff. Clients only get a message if your firm sets up a reminder for them.

Delivery log

The Activity page shows which alerts were sent and to whom.

FAQ

Questions firms ask us

Do WhatsApp alerts go to our clients?+

No. Status alerts go only to members of your firm who have verified their phone number. Clients only receive a message if your firm sets up a scheduled reminder for their case.

Which plan includes WhatsApp?+

WhatsApp alerts are included on the Office plan and above. Email alerts are on every plan.

Can some people get email only?+

Yes. Each person chooses WhatsApp, email or both, and which events they receive.

How quickly do alerts arrive?+

Cases are checked daily. When a check finds a change, alerts go out right away.

Can we try it before paying?+

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 20 cases, no credit card needed. Plans after that are $100 a month for up to 120 active cases and $150 a month for up to 400, with custom pricing above that.
