Most firms don't need another all-in-one suite.
Suites are heavy
Full practice management systems take weeks to set up and move data into, and they charge per user.
Tracking is an afterthought
Status tracking inside big suites is often limited to email, batch-only, or tucked away in a report.
The gap is the alert
What firms usually miss isn't a form feature. It's knowing, the same day, that a case got an RFE.

CaseTracker vs a full practice management suite
| Practice management suite | CaseTracker | |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Forms, documents, billing, client records | USCIS status tracking and team alerts |
| Setup | Weeks of migration | Same day |
| Status alerts | Varies; often email only | WhatsApp and email, per person |
| Pricing | Usually per user | By active cases, team seats included |
| Use together? | Keeps doing forms and billing | Adds tracking and alerts alongside it |
Questions firms ask us
Is CaseTracker a full practice management system?+
No. It focuses on USCIS case status tracking and alerts. It doesn't prepare forms or handle billing, and is designed to sit alongside the software you already use.
Does it integrate with Clio or Docketwise?+
There's no direct integration today. Firms import receipt numbers from an export or spreadsheet, and can export CaseTracker data as CSV.
Who is it for?+
Immigration law firms and consultancies of any size, from solo attorneys to firms tracking thousands of cases.
Can we try it before paying?+
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 20 cases, no credit card needed. Plans after that are $100 a month for up to 120 active cases and $150 a month for up to 400, with custom pricing above that.
